Ingredients of Rasmalai cake
- You need 200 gm of Whipped cream.
- Prepare of Baked cake.
- It’s 4 pieces of Rasmalai.
- You need of Chocolate syrup.
- You need 2 spoon of Sugar.
- It’s of Water half cup.
Rasmalai cake step by step
- Take sponge cake and divide into 3 parts.
- Generally sugar syrup is spread over cake to moist it here instead of syrup I m using juice of rasmalai.
- Take a slice and spread rasmalai juice over it and dein spread whipped cream properly.
- Cover this first layer with another slice and apply rasmalai and whipped cream.
- Like this you can make as much layers you want, so here I made 3layers.
- Now cover side edges from whipped cream and refrigerate for half hour.
- Now apply more whipped cream for finishing.
- With nozzles will make small balls at the top of cake as given in picture, and will put 1/4 piece of rasmalai on each.
- This indo western dessert is ready to eat.
