- Preheat the the pressure cooker and place all the cookies in the idli stand and then keep it in the cooker. Cover the lid without weighing the whistle in low flame.
- After 15 minutes the cookie become ready and the bottom of the cookies become light brown in colour..
- Switch off the flame and keep it in the cooker for another 5 minutes..
- After cooling down sprinkle some confectioners sugar above the cookies and serve..
